Yesterday I mentioned about making sure you pick the right snacks on the go. So many are packed with sugar and especially in the morning you don't want to start the day with a sugar high and crash! Here is my current favorite bar to eat on the go. Nature Valley's peanut butter dark chocolate protein bar! Not only is it tasty but it's only 190 calories and gives you a good amount of protein to start the day and hold you over for awhile. I need that extra boost on an early long commute to go teach little kiddies!
I'm hoping after classes it will get a little hotter so I can go swimming! Fingers crossed!
