- 20 minutes on the elliptical
- 5 x 200m sprints:
-between each sprint do 10 jumping jacks, 10 squats, 10 crunches and 10 push-ups
- run a mile and at every minute stop and complete 10 crunches, 10 twisting planks or bicycles and 10 mountain climbers
It was a killer workout! I completed it in my school's rec center inside track. I was panting and sweating between reps, but continued to push myself. Nothing feels better than motivating yourself to be the best that you can be! I hope you all strive to do this every time you workout!
